There was a time,
when things were fine.
Troubles and headaches,
had no place in mind.
Life was carefree,
on our Zouk sprees.

Then suddenly things turned into a mess,
Weikiat and Jon Chen both went to the west.
Though not very far from us,
its still 2 hours by bus.

Kenneth Phua needless to say,
still keeps everyone at bay.
For two years in NUS,
he was nothing but an ass.
Though he has the nicest handphone,
it just ain't working as a phone.

Went off next is Yik and Tin,
leaving Lau, Des, To and Ting.
To a faraway place,
just to get their "A"s.

No more Martell for the guys,
just plain green tea without ice.
Gone are the two Heavenly Kings,
who just can't be replaced by Chengs.

Life is tough in the U,
even more so without YOU.
True friends are hard to come by,
even harder to say BYE.
To lose something so close to heart,
its like an unhealable deep cut.

Though I wish it was a DREAM,
and that life was not so mean,
what is gone is Yik and Tin.
